Adelton welcomes Kudos, an elevated convenience store brand, as its first neighborhood retail. Construction on the 5,774-square-foot store begins in March, featuring a full-service kitchen with freshly prepared tacos, burgers, and cheesesteaks. This will be Kudos’ fourth Texas location, bringing convenient, quality food options to the Bastrop community.

Amazing Explorers now open at Goodnight Ranch

We are thrilled to announce the grand opening of Amazing Explorers Academy at Goodnight Ranch!

Last week’s ribbon cutting was truly special—surrounded by dedicated educators, enthusiastic families, and our supportive community. We were honored to have MPT and District 2 Councilmember Vanessa Fuentes join us in celebrating more early childhood development resources for our district.

This isn’t just another daycare—it’s a STEM-focused learning environment where children ages 6 weeks to 12 years explore, discover, and grow through hands-on experiences in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics.

The community response has been incredible, with Amazing Explorers reporting their strongest enrollment launch to date. Families are recognizing the value of early STEM education in preparing children for tomorrow’s opportunities.

There’s something incredibly fulfilling about creating spaces that make a real difference in our community and people’s everyday lives.
